Is it necessary to use cooling products?

After hard work, competition, or a problem with inflammation yes! As any time you have inflammation, there can be secondary damage form the swelling, to the tissues,  that's why cooling is recommended after hard work, and  then a little walk, for the lymph  massage, as walking is better then massaging.

Why does the gel slides to the bottom of the pack?

1) Gel pack is not properly cooled. We recommend to use freezer and not cooler to get the right temperature.

2) Packs are out of the freezer too long.

3) Important to even the gel in the pack before use.

4) To little pressure on the boot.
